  New Debug Symbol (dbgsym) Package Repository

  Today we're introducing a dedicated repository for debug symbol packages, reachable at https://dbgsym.proxmox.com/. Debug symbol packages (named -dbgsym) contain the detached debug information for their matching binary package. They are not needed for normal operation, but let tools such as gdb, systemd-coredump or crash produce useful backtraces when analyzing a crash or hang.
